Calling all Aspiring Chefs!

Do your kids love to cook or want to learn more and gain confidence in the kitchen?

Well Fed’s goal is to get kids cooking from scratch, which we feel is an essential life skill. At our studio we teach hands on technical skills in the kitchen from qualified chefs/instructors in a safe and fun environment.  We hope to develop and encourage a life long joy of cooking and experimentation with food.  Our philosophy at Well Fed is to create meals and recipes that are healthy, well-balanced using whole foods.  Learn more about us.

Kids Cooking Camp- Age 7-12 – July 9th-13th- 9 am -1 pm

Teen Cooking Camp- Age 13-17 – July 16th-20th- 9 am -1 pm

Kids Cooking Camp- Age 7-12 – July 23rd-27th- 9 am– 1 pm 1 SPACE LEFT!!!

Kids Cooking Camp- Age 7-12 – July 30th-Aug 3rd- 9 am- 1 pm 2 SPACES LEFT!!!

Teen Cooking Camp- Age 13-17 – Aug 20th-24th- 9 am- 1 pm

Cost: $398/week

What to expect? Each day in the at the Well Fed Studio will focus on a new skill and adventure in the kitchen.  All of the food prepared in the class will be eaten for lunch each day.  No need to pack a lunch:)

Fire Up The BBQ! The May Menu is Here!

Close your eyes, feel the warm sun on your face, hear the crackle and the waft of the sweet smokey smell of the BBQ! I can almost taste it. It’s here, the roll out of our wonderful summer BBQ entrees!

Great entrees to feed a crowd like our Natural Pork Chops marinaded in amber beer and aromatics then dredged in spices, creating lots of juicy flavour. Or if you haven’t already try our extremely popular Mediterranean Turkey Burgers with loads of fresh herbs and salty feta. Blackened Wild Sockeye Salmon is back on the menu this month as well as our healthy fibre-rich veggie burgers: Black Bean/Sweet Potato Burgers. Yum!

April Menu has Sprung!

We are back in business after a relaxing March Break and jumping right into April ‘s New menu! Did you miss out on March’s Menu? No worries we still have some in stock.  Mix and match both menus.

Tired of cooking after the Easter Dinner Feast?
This is perfect time to get to get stocked up with items from April’s Menu.

Did the Easter Bunny bring too many chocolates?

Why not try our hearty and veggie-packed Ratatouille? This one pot wonder is jam-packed with veggies such as eggplant, zucchini and peppers. The sun is out, get ready for BBQ season with our-finger licking Lean BBQ Pork Tenderloin Ribs with our homemade secret BBQ sauce. YUM!

Closed Second Week of Spring Break!

Our studio will be closed from Mar 26th – 30th for Spring Break!!

We will be OPEN for the first week: March 19th – 23rd for any walk in orders!!

Voila Holiday Cookie Ease pick up..yes that’s right, all you need to do is pick up your holiday cookie dough!!! You can check that one off the list.

Would you like to have elegant and delicious homemade holiday cookies ready to go for Christmas without all the mess and fuss? Well Fed’s Holiday Cookie Ease pick up is for you. Well Fed freezer cookies are made with real butter:)  Pull them from the freezer whenever you want fresh holiday cookies, cut or roll them out then bake them off. Yum! It couldn’t be easier.

Our freezer cookies are wrapped in beautiful packaging and make a great host/hostess gift too!
Well Fed will package the cookies into 4 logs of approx. 12 cookies of each flavour.

Each package contains the following four holiday flavours!
Traditional Sugar Cookies-Perfect for rolling out with the kids
Pistachio & Cranberry Cookies
Chocolate Orange Cookies with Lindt Milk Chocolate Chunks – tastes just like Terry Chocolate Orange:)
Spiced Chai Shortbread- so good!

Fall Kids Cooking Camps, Are Here!

You have been asking us when will we will be hosting a afterschool cooking camp for the fall at Well Fed.  Well we are happy to let you know it is finally here!

What to expect?
Each class the students will focus on a new skill and adventure in the kitchen.
During the kids will learn 2 -3 recipes and be fed a full dinner from their creations.  So need to worry about dinner.
The students will also take home samples of the food they made to share with their families.

This camp runs- 5 consecutive Tuesday * for approx. 2.5 hours per day, Tues Nov 7th until Tues Dec 5th, 2017
