February’s Menu has arrived! Great for those long weekends away!
Well Fed has just launched February’s new menu focusing on meals that are perfect to stock your freezer or for the upcoming long weekend or ski trip away.
We are always trying new recipes, this month we have two new fantastic ones. First is a Slower Cooker-Chicken Mole this dish is made with rich dark chocolate and Chicken in Mexican Mole sauce. So good…this is a complex dish that will not disappoint on flavour. We think it is a perfect dish for Valentine’s!
Yeah, the strike is over and to celebrate we have added two delicious sandwiches perfect for game night. Our very popular Grilled Vietnamese Beef and New Slow Cooker Pulled Buffalo Chicken. We will even give you the recipes for the toppings to these mouth watering sandwiches. YUM!
You have been asking, so we have brought back our family friendly Chicken Fingers made with antibiotic and hormone free chicken. Did you know that all of the chicken we use is hormone and antibiotic free? One more way we keep you Well Fed.
Don’t miss our wonderful and healthy meatless entrees as well like: Amazing African Peanut Stew, Channa Saag Paneer and Black Bean, Corn and Sweet Potato Quesadillas.

Below are our Open Meal Assembly Classes for February, so come on your own or with a couple of friends. Yes, we were listening and opened a Wednesday Night Class for those who can not make it on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
