Spring is here? and so is March’s Meal Assembly Menu!
Well Fed has just launched March’s Meal Assembly Menu. We have focused this month menu on meals that perfect for the spring thaw and can be easily thrown in the oven or in a pot for your vacation away. So book a class or pick up now, so you will have all of your meals ready to go! Just think, no shopping, or chopping, just great healthy meals ready to go.
On the menu for this month are two ovenable favourites: delectable Chicken Lasagne with Fresh Basil and a Tomato/Cream Sauce, and nutrient rich healthy Cheesy Butternut Squash, Apple, White Beans and Quinoa Casserole (we were listening!).
Beautiful Seafood dishes like: Thai Fish Curry (this one is a huge hit), Mediterranean Fish Stew and Honey Pecan Salmon.
Simply perfect options for the kids: Pulled Braised Beef, Chicken Parmesan and Baked Ziti.

Pick Ups Dates in March below. This is where Well Fed packages all of your meals for you. All you need to do is pick them up from the studio. So just click on the date that works best with you to book your spot.
