New Update for Well Fed and May’s Menu is Here!
May will be the last month for open classes and pick ups at the Well Fed studio until September 2013. At this time we will be in our permanent new location!
So we encourage you to take advantage of our open classes and pick ups for the month May.
During the summer months (June- August) Well Fed will be adding a new service “DELIVERY” yes that is right, you do not need to miss out on our delicious homemade meals, they will be delivered right to your door. Stay Tuned for more information regarding this and our new location.
Spring is definitely in full swing with more sunny days than rainy ones. YEAH!
May’s Menu brings back some BBQ favourites like Cuban Flank Steak and Honey Lime BBQ Chicken Thighs. Perfect to take with you to the beach for a spring picnic.
As well as some delicious seafood entrees like our wonderful Lemon Parsley Pesto Wild Sockeye Salmon, and Mediterranean Sole Casserole. My son our in house foodie requested the return of Chunky Seafood Chowder, full of wonderful chunks of seafood and lighter with broth with a touch milk vs. a cream based broth. Delicious.
We haven’t forgotten the kids with the return of our chicken tenders and three bean/spinach enchiladas.

Pick Ups Dates for May are below. This is where Well Fed packages all of your meals for you. All you need to do is pick them up from the studio. So just click on the date that works best with you to book your spot.
