Studio Re-opens- January’s Menu & Events

Looking forward to a New Year at Well Fed for 2015! Here is the new Menu for January and more fantastic kids cooking classes at the studio like Pro Day Kids Class on Jan 23d-“Classic French Cooking”.
What’s in store for January’s Menu. This month we focused on health and well being, to get us all back on track from a little (lot) of indulgence over the holidays.
New take on our Classic Cottage Pie, with lean ground chicken and the addition nutrient dense Sweet Potato. We have brought back flavourful favourites like Chicken Marbella and Maple Mustard Riesling Pork Tenderloin.
For my daughter (our picky eater) we added Asian Lettuce Roll Ups. Kids love to pull together their own roll ups, giving them a sense of independence. I like these because everyone our our house agrees with this dinner option:)
