The New Studio is Open! Classes Resume with New Offerings and Incentives!

Yeah! Our Fantastic New Studio is NOW Open at 260 1st St East in North Vancouver. We are very happy to again be offering our full line up of Classes and Pick Ups.  We missed you! and we truly appreciate our customers so we wanted to celebrate with some incentives and new offerings.

To kick off the return of our Classes each attendant that participates in a meal assembly class or private in the month of January will receive a $15.00 voucher towards their next meal assembly class, pick up or delivery.

Good news the studio can now accommodate 12 people in our meal assembly classes! So if you are looking a hosting a private meal assembly we now offer even more incentive for the host.  The host receives 10 % off (value $23.80) when you book 6 attendants (our min number) and 20% off (value $47.60) for 12 attendants.  To book your very own private contact us at info@wellfedstudio.com or 604-971-4756.

We were listening. Well Fed now offers a 4 meal option for pick up and delivery! So if you do not have enough freezer space try our 4 meal option. *Our 4 meal option is only available for Pick Up or Delivery.

So what’s on the Menu for the month January.

Wonderful meals to warm up to from the rain like: our Winter Lamb Stew, Chicken Potato Curry, and Slow Cooker Pulled Buffalo Chicken.

We are working hard to provide you with variety and new recipes that we love, hope you do too. So straight from the Well Test Kitchen wonderful New Brazilian Chicken. Chicken Breasts seasoned with cumin, coriander, turmeric with a hint of cayenne. Then topped with a fragrant coconut/tomato sauce with garlic and ginger. YUM!

As well as easy throw in the oven entrees like our delicious Greek Shrimp and Orzo Casserole, Chicken Lasagne w Fresh Basil with a Tomato Cream Sauce we also updated one of our kid favourites our Baked Mac n’ Cheese now with nutritious Butternut Squash.
