February’s Menu is Here
February’s Menu has launched we have focused on meals that warm you up and are easy one pot wonders. Even though we have been so lucky with mostly sunny skies there is still a chill in the air. So cozy up this month with easy pre-made meals from us and be Well Fed.
Start you slow cookers up for menu items like: Pulled Braised Beef, Decadent Chicken Mole with dark chocolate perfect for Valentines and a NEW delicious recipe Asian Short Ribs! Not to worry if you do not own a slow cooker these recipes can be done in the oven in a heavy casserole dish with a lid too.
Need to balance the week with lighter options? Try our aromatic Thai Fish Curry and Vegetarian Options like: Nutrient Filled African Peanut Stew, and Spinach Lasagna.
As well as Kid Favourites like our Chunky Seafood Chowder (this one in my house everyone agrees it is a 10 out 10) and our Homemade Chicken Tenders (made with hormone and antibiotic free chicken).
