April’s Menu is here highlighting seasonal Asparagus in two fantastic recipes. Delicious Chicken Stuffed with Asparagus and Brie then wrapped with salty prosciutto as well as our Asparagus Portabello Lasagne Roll Ups with a decadent truffle cream sauce. Yum!
The sun has come out and the BBQ’s are dusted off so we also have included some great items to get on your grill like Lemon Grass Chicken Skewers and Bison Blue Cheese Burgers.
