The Role:
Work closely with the owner to assist, organize and simplify tasks/workload of the day-to-day running of a small business
Look after the day-to-day customer service for our childcare lunch program and school lunch program. Including but not limited to, updating lunch subscriptions, printing labels creating work orders and summaries.
General duties resultant of new initiatives or as business continues to evolve
Effectively communicates details of special requests to kitchen/packagers and drivers
Keep the back office well run and organized.
Orders and manages budget for office supplies & packaging
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Professional, logical, effective and efficient.
Strong ability to manage change as our small business evolves
Upbeat and positive attitude, with a passion to get things done right
Works well with people and communicates well – both verbally and written
Great customer service skills and ability to give the best service to our childcare centers, schools and customers.
Must have great computer skills such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Services include medical respite and family support, pain and symptom management, 24-hour phone consultation support and in-house clinical care, music, art and recreation therapy, education, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling, as well as end-of-life care.
