No Longer Running Meal Assembly Classes- Starting Dec 10th 2018

To all of our valued customers,

We have come to the end of a era, as of December 10th, 2018 we will be NO longer running ALL Meal Assembly Classes.
I do this with personal sadness, as this is how Well Fed began.

We do hope that we did have an impact on making meal-time a bit easier as well as provide an opportunity to socialize with friends 🙂

We are extremely thankful to all of the individuals who had supported myself and Well Fed as our business grew from our humble beginnings.

We will continue to offer our healthy ready to cook meals to go for either pick up or delivery, if you need a few nights off from cooking 🙂

Well Fed November Menu

Well it’s officially raining!  Good time to cozy up to our delicious entrees this month like our hearty Turkey Chili, or our very popular Triple Cheese Mac with Butternut Squash. Yup they’re back for those who were asking!

We also added a wonderful new entree this month, Chicken Tinga Taco. Similar to our pork version, it makes for a super quick taco night and will please the entire family. We use all natural high quality chicken thighs without the use of hormones. The chicken is pulled Mexican style in a delicious sauce that is not too spicy.  It’s so good!

Well Fed is Growing & Improving!

We wanted to reach out to our all of our valued customers, to let them know of some new happenings at Well Fed with our Ready to Cook Meals. From a humble beginning starting out of my home… Well Fed is now moving to a much easier way for customers to place their order on-line. Yeah!

We will be transitioning to our new on-line ordering over the next couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work through any minor kinks.

Couple items to note:

Ongoing, when you order 1 entrée you will receive a 2-3 serving size. If you would like to order 4-6 servings please order 2 items.

Order as many multiples of 2-3 servings as you would for your next dinner party or for larger families. This is great for individuals or smaller families as you can mix and match between more entrees!

We will still continue to have bulk discounts for entree orders:
8 + (2-3 servings) = 4 % off
16+ (2-3 servings) = 8 % off
32+ (2-3 servings) = 10 % off

NEW! Pricing Increase:

Individual entree (2-3 serving size):
*Meat/Seafood: $21.80
*Veggie: $18.80

Delivery Fee:
*North Shore: $5.00
*Vancouver/Burnaby: $15.00

This is a bit of change, but in the long run it will make much easier overall. We will be touching base with each of you as you place your orders to ensure that you are receiving the correct amount of food.

New Pricing Coming October 9th!

As of October 9th, 2018 we will be increasing our prices

We work hard to limit changes to our pricing as much as possible. Hence, we have held off a price increase for the past few years. This year we will be passing along a modest price increase. The price increase is directly due to an increase cost in labour, food and transportation. Healthy food is our mandate, we also want to stay healthy as a business to allow us to continue to provide you with the same great service and food you have come to expect from Well Fed in the long run. We truly thank you for your business and entrusting us to provide you and your family with healthy meals.

below are the changes that you can expect to see:

Individual Entree Price (2-3 serving size):

Meat/Seafood: $21.80

Vegetarian: $18.80

Bulk Discount on walk-in/pick up orders:

Order 8+ individual (2-3 serving size)= 4% off total order

Order 16+ individual (2-3 serving size) = 8% off total order

Order 32+ individual (2-3 serving size) = 10% off total order

Delivery Charge – add:

$5 for North Shore

$15 for Vancouver/Burnaby

Private Meal Assembly Classes:

Each participant will be making 6 (4-6 serving size) entrees

Cost: $228 per person

Host receives 10% their portion of the class if they book 8 participants (min), 20% if they book 12 (max)

After the class, participants will receive 4% off purchase from our on-hand stock

Private Meal Assembly Classes are Back!

Are you ready for back to school?  Ugh. Want to make dinners easy as your to do list grows, stock up your freezer with Well Fed.  Looking for a great way to catch up with friends? Book a Private Meal Assembly Class at our studio. We like to call it productive social time. Get a group of friends together and sip on wine while assembling delicious make ahead healthy wholesome dinners for you and your family. Meal planning has never been this easy and this fun 🙂

Do your kids love to cook or want to learn more and gain confidence in the kitchen?

Well Fed’s goal is to get kids cooking from scratch, which we feel is an essential life skill. At our studio we teach hands on technical skills in the kitchen from qualified chefs/instructors in a safe and fun environment.  We hope to develop and encourage a life long joy of cooking and experimentation with food.  Our philosophy at Well Fed is to create meals and recipes that are healthy, well-balanced using whole foods.  Learn more about us.

Fire Up The BBQ! The May Menu is Here!

Close your eyes, feel the warm sun on your face, hear the crackle and the waft of the sweet smokey smell of the BBQ! I can almost taste it. It’s here, the roll out of our wonderful summer BBQ entrees!

Great entrees to feed a crowd like our Natural Pork Chops marinaded in amber beer and aromatics then dredged in spices, creating lots of juicy flavour. Or if you haven’t already try our extremely popular Mediterranean Turkey Burgers with loads of fresh herbs and salty feta. Blackened Wild Sockeye Salmon is back on the menu this month as well as our healthy fibre-rich veggie burgers: Black Bean/Sweet Potato Burgers. Yum!

Closed Second Week of Spring Break!

Our studio will be closed from Mar 26th – 30th for Spring Break!!

We will be OPEN for the first week: March 19th – 23rd for any walk in orders!!
